A Comprehensive Wellness Experience

Yes, our 3-hour events are balancing and well-needed, but let’s go deeper! This live-in style long weekend will include an in-depth approach to the healthy-living habits we offer at our events (Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, etc). Everyone will receive George’s step-by-step meditation training. We will pair these practices with lecture and self-development exercises around the knowledge of yoga, meditation, and ayurveda so we can start to get clearer on where we want our lives to be headed once the weekend ends. Enjoy the quiet beauty of coastal Maine while developing your pure potential, creating quality conversations over the dinner table and learning time-tested tools that will take your life to the next level!

What’s Included in your stay:

  • 2 All-levels yoga sessions each day

  • 3 plant-based meals each day (except for arrival/departure days)

  • Training in the comprehensive ancient Vedic meditation technique George teaches (PSM) (a $1200 value)

  • Evening lectures around all things yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda

  • Mind-mapping exercises and goal-setting sessions

  • Accommodations in a quintessential Maine home, filled with access to the water, the woods and a serene antique barn
