Nourish Pop-Ups

Typically, people care for others throughout their lives, putting their wellness on the back burner. This is why we offer pop-ups where you can care for your mind, body, and soul and wait...have fun?! Join us for one of these mindful experiences that include yoga or breathwork, meditation, knowledge, and food. A simple meditation technique will be shared for first-time meditators to help them expand their awareness and access deeper states of rest.

Vedic Meditation, Rounding & Breathwork Retreats

Join us on one of our destination retreats to learn the powerful practices of Vedic Meditation, Rounding, and Breathwork. Rounding combines meditation + yoga + breathwork and deepens your meditation to help you become less stressed and experience greater flow in your life. Our retreats also include Breathwork, pranayama, and yoga led by Jillian L Hannah, as well as group check-ins, knowledge meetings, and more. Join us for these live-in style retreats so you can take the time to nourish yourself with the “inner work,” all while enjoying food and community.

Breathwork Healing Sessions

Breathwork is an active breathing technique that allows you to connect with your breath in order to somatically release some of the charge in your nervous system of stress, trauma, grief, loss, rage, frustration, resentment, and any other suppressed emotions. On one level, Breathwork is activating, and on another level, it allows you to relax while releasing stress and limiting beliefs. Breathwork aligns you with your inner wisdom and will leave you feeling lighter and more connected to your body, mind and soul.

Learn Vedic Meditation

Vedic meditation is an effortless technique taught in person over four 120-minute sessions. In this training you will discover exactly what to do when you sit down to meditate. Learn to consistently go beyond your thoughts so you’ll never struggle with your “monkey mind” again. By the end of the four sessions, you will learn to be a self-sufficient daily meditator who wakes up excited to meditate.

Weekly Group Meditation & Knowledge Meetings:

This session is open to all Vedic Meditators. In this session we'll meditate together for 20 minutes after discussing any questions you may have about your practice or the spiritual perspective on life. Intensive Live-In Offerings & Private Retreats:

Intensive Retreats

Our Intensive retreats are for those who have previously learned Vedic Meditation already. If you are interested in learning Vedic Meditation, you can read more above. These retreats will include extra rounding and pranayama. Our time together will also include multiple Breathwork sessions, daily yoga with Breathwork healer Jillian L Hannah, group check-ins, knowledge meetings, and more. This experience will be accompanied by delicious food that will leave you feeling nourished and fulfilled.

1/2 Day Rounding & Breathwork Retreats

Join us as we dive into the advanced practices of Rounding and breathwork. We will partake in a Breathwork Healing Session followed by three rounds. Rounding consists of gentle asana, pranayama, and meditation. Our time together will include a nourishing meal by the magnificent Plant-Based Chef Sydney Ione. Note: Having learned Vedic meditation is a prerequisite for these 1/2 day retreats.
